I've taken the past couple of weeks off from writing for numerous reasons, including playing Dragon Age and having to rebuild my computer from the hardware on up. I had a quick funeral for all of my saved data, went into a rage that 80 hours of progress were gone, spent a full day going through the headache of getting the computer back up and running, motherboard drivers and all, and now I am back in a happy place. I am happy not just because I am playing again, but my original muse for writing, GTA, is back in the headlines.

Where do worlds go when they die?
The Earthquakes felt round the Multiverse, Superman’s lost days after “Doomed,” the World’s End – all these points will converge as the history of the DCU is spun from a new perspective, the perspective of a mad god and his arrogant child. The biggest story in DC history ties into literally every DC story ever told – and it all begins here.
Kingdom Come, Red Son, Wild West Justice League, Captain Carrot and the Zoo Crew – all the worlds you remember can still be found on Telos. Everything matters. Every story matters.
Don’t miss the start of DC’s April/May 2015 event with this special issue!

Last week's entry discussing Dragon Age: Inquisition was mostly positive in its tone but it came with a few concerns. This wasn't to stay in character (I don't role play as a writer) of a negative person, but because no game is without its faults. Well, except for Tetris. After spending some more time with the game this week my tone has changed some. If last week was lukewarm then this week we are turning the knob up a bit to simmering. I guess that means it is time to break out the rolls.

Yeah, I pushed that metaphor further than it was worth.
